Refund Policy
At DESIGNZPOIINT LTD, we value our clients and aim to deliver the highest quality services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:
- Upfront Payment: A minimum of 30% advance payment is required to begin any project.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: The upfront payment is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Full Refunds: A full refund will only be issued if DESIGNZPOIINT LTD has not started the project at the time of cancellation.
- Partial Refunds: If work has been started but not completed, partial refunds may be offered based on the stage of progress.
- Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be granted for completed work or for dissatisfaction caused by unclear/insufficient instructions provided by the client.
- Failure to Deliver: If we are unable to complete a project due to internal reasons, clients are entitled to a full refund.

- Timelines: If no work has been delivered within 8 weeks (without prior notice of delay), the client may request a full refund.
