- Delayed payments may result in project suspension or cancellation.
Revisions & Deliverables
- Reasonable revisions are allowed based on the package purchased.
- Major changes beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges.
- Final deliverables will be shared only upon full payment.
Refunds
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and materials created by DESIGNZPOIINT LTD remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- After final delivery and full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information for projects.
- DESIGNZPOIINT LTD is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or unclear client instructions.
Limitation of Liability
- We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
